Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right not to accept returns if the delivery involves additional costs or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.
We also reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the required conditions.
In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

In the event that a refund is requested, only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Shipping costs will therefore not be reimbursed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund through your original payment method within 10 business days.
